The merger of AS MicroLink Eesti and Elion Ettevõtted AS has been completed successfully. As of 31 March 2011 we are offering IT and telecommunications services under the Elion trademark. The MicroLink trademark will be gradually withdrawn from use over the coming months.
The merger was designed to combine the strengths of the two companies – Elion’s extensive corporate client base and MicroLink’s leading IT solutions – so that we could take full, joint responsibility for the communications and IT solutions offered to our clients and create new solutions that will help you be more successful in business. Thanks to the merger, we will be able to offer your company all-inclusive support in a critical field – from IT solutions and equipment financing to communications services and after-sales service. This also means that you will only have to deal with and invoice one company, saving you valuable time.

MicroLink’s specialists will continue in their positions, now as part of the Elion team – many having been working together since last year in any case.

All of the rights and obligations of MicroLink Eesti AS will transfer to Elion Ettevõtted AS, which will continue to fulfil the contract(s) entered into between you and MicroLink Eesti AS. This will mean that invoices for goods and services sold and provided will now be submitted by Elion Ettevõtted AS. The terms and conditions of the contracts will not change.

We would like to draw your attention to a few changes
  • MicroLink’s Helpdesk will now be represented by Elion’s Corporate Client IT Services Support, which you can e-mail at help@elion.ee. At least initially, e-mails will still reach us if addressed to help@microlink.ee. The IT Services Support phone number will remain the same: 800 9944 (or if calling from abroad +372 669 6200).
  • You can obtain information about and order IT services via Elion’s Corporate Client Services on 1551 (or if calling from abroad: +372 669 6244) or by e-mailing arikliendid@elion.ee.
  • All MicroLink employees’ e-mail addresses will be changing from the format: 
    firstname.surname@microlink.ee to firstname.surname@elion.ee.
  • The client portal will remain active at its current address. From it you can obtain information in real time about the processing of customer enquiries and work being carried out by specialists. .
  • MicroLink’s online store will be closed. You can now make your purchases just as conveniently from the Elion e-store.
  • As of 31 March 2011, please submit your invoices via e-mail to ostuarve@elion.ee or on paper to Elion Ettevõtted AS, Endla 16, Tallinn 15033.
  • The contact people and delivery addresses (Lõõtsa 8, Tallinn 11415) will remain the same.
  • Any information you need in future will be found on Elion’s website, although the MicroLink website will remain in use for a short while.
