ITIL consultancies include an evaluation of the management of services, recommendations and support in developing and implementing management processes.
ITIL-i trainings are based on the latest ITIL version V3 (2007). We offer the following trainings: - ITIL Awareness – A 1-day training aimed at all IT specialists. Groups are formed on the client’s request.
- ITIL Foundation – A 3-day training including an international Certificate Exam.
- ITIL Upgrade – A 1-day training for specialists with knowledge of the older version (V2), including a V3 level Certificate Exam.
Sale, support and implementation of ITIL-based application software. We offer two products. - HP OpenView ServiceDesk – corporate application aimed at larger businesses for running ITIL management processes;
- IncidentMonitor – application of service management aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses for the realization of all ITIL processes and business processes outside the ITIL system.
