• Configuration of LAN;
• maintenance and administration of network devices;
• Quick problem solving with remote administration;
• Two service levels;
• Help desk services on working days 8 am – 6 pm;
• Record of support requests from customers 24 x 7 ;
• Reports on services rendered;
• Temporary replacement of equipment in case of hardware failure;
• Delivery of spare parts and accessories

Our specialists resolve problems within the agreed period as well as handle emergency calls.
