Current Projects: The Bank of Estonia has been using Livelink software since 1998. The current project involves the implementation of a complex solution of correspondence workflow. It is a substantial process consisting of numerous sub-activities, the aim of which is to create a complex solution that would combine the contents of correspondence with the management of a business process. The aim is to create a secure, transparent, user-friendly digital environment for the automation of correspondence content and business process management. Estonian Tax and Customs Board
