MicroLink`s customer service attendants help their contractual customers solve issues with computers, peripherals and server solutions. Many problems can be solved with a telephone call by using MicroLink Remote Administration. If necessary, we send an IT specialist to the customer’s place. All support calls from customers are registered and the customer gets a confirmation e-mail stating the ID of the support call. You can get an overview of the support calls via customer portal.

Customer portal
Customer portal he customer portal is established for operative forwarding of information about the continuous service provided by MicroLink. The portal provides real-time information about handling customer calls and about works performed by the specialists.
Via the portal, the customers’ contact persons have access to all earlier calls to the customer service. They can view information about the hosting services, incl. data about servers, applications and databases. Also, information about data volumes being backed up and the history of alarms are displayed.

Enter the customer portal
MicroLink's Remote Administration
Via MicroLink Remote Administration, the customer service attendant can “take over” the desktop of the customer’s computer, this allows for more efficient help for the customer. In order to start up the Remote Administration application, please download and run the following .exe file:
Forward the ID code to the employees at the Helpdesk of MicroLink and then follow the directions from the Helpdesk employees.

The round button (in the bottom of the screen) is used for cancelling connection. By clicking on the speech balloon you can converse with the customer service attendant. As long as these items are on your screen, your computer can be remotely administrated. If the menu in the bottom of the screen is not there, then the remote administration session is closed.
